Under the Boabab Tree is the blog of Mark and Laura Woodward. It is a place where we share our thoughts and other randomness from our lives.

We’re currently working to support minority language Bible Translation – to see more about the work we’re doing, take a look at www.everytongue.co.uk, or to see more of what Mark was doing in Tanzania see www.habarizamark.co.uk

Our intention is that Every Tongue will be where we share about Bible Translation and the work that we’re doing, and Under the Boabab Tree will be were we share about our thoughts, feelings and everyday life.

The name of this blog comes from the East African custom of sitting down and discussing anything and everything, very often in the centre of the village… under a baobab tree.

I wish your blog could be called “CHINI YA MTI WA MBUYU”
